Level 1 takes 8 to 10 weeks. These are the concrete results at the end of that journey.

The journey

Your journey

Level 1 consists of four steps. You build on what you already know each lesson — at your own pace.

Training 2x per week, you complete Level 1 in about 8–10 weeks. Training 1x per week takes a bit longer — the structure remains the same.

Step 1

Basics & safety

  • Posture, balance and movement
  • Breathing and recovery
  • First strikes and kicks

Building technique

Step 4

Level 1 Exam

Examen
  • Review and refine everything
  • Exam: demonstrate what you have learned
  • Level 1 earned — officially moving on to Level 2

Level 1 Exam — earn your first level

After 8–10 weeks you take the Level 1 Exam. You demonstrate what you have learned, and if you pass you officially earn Level 1. No arbitrary selection — anyone who follows the training and shows commitment passes. Then you move on to Level 2.

What a class looks like

Every class follows the same format. That provides structure — and ensures you can focus on learning, not figuring out what will happen.

Check-in & focus

Brief class theme, attention and safety.

Warm-up

± 15 min

Cardio, mobility and a game form tailored to the theme.

Technique block

± 20–25 min

2 to 4 components, with partner drills and increasing difficulty.

Integration

± 10–12 min

Combinations and controlled application of what was learned.

Closing

± 3–5 min

Rest, brief reflection and positive conclusion.
