About Fightless
Fightless exists because self-defence is often presented as something for the advanced, or as something you have to be tough for. We start from realistic situations and from what you need: calm, control and the feeling that you are moving forward.
We train in Maastricht with kids and adults, two evenings a week. No competition and no big words, but serious training in which everyone takes part.
What we stand for
You train in a place where you are allowed to make mistakes. Control always comes before force.
You learn what you are capable of and where your limit is. That comes with you outside the gym.
No experience needed, no demands on your fitness. You start where you are.
You follow a programme with levels and review moments, so you can see your progress.
Down to earth training, real situations, no show and no big words.

The approach
Skills under pressure are learned through repetition and build-up. That is why we work with three levels and with level checks: review moments that confirm what you can already do and show what you are working on now.
That makes it concrete. You are not training to get somewhere one day, but to make one specific skill consistent over these weeks. And because we work from skills, you move on when you can do it, not because there is a date in the diary.
You notice the result mostly outside the gym: staying calmer, setting a boundary sooner and more trust in what your body can do.
The easiest way to know whether this suits you is to train with us once. The first class is free.
